Synchromie presents Supersubstantial

The evening opens with gezelligheid, that untranslatable Dutch warmth of good company, food, and conversation. As a brand new company in the Netherlands, Synchromie will be gathering your thoughts and dreams for what you want us to bring to SoundHouse and The Hague. Come early, meet people, settle in.

Then, at around 20:45 Gonzalo Gimenez takes the piano for Supersubstantial, a concert in six movements for piano and poetry. Gimenez (pianist, composer, and poet) performs his own texts in Spanish, recited live alongside his original music. Dutch and English translations are projected throughout. The result is an evening that begins in community and ends in contemplation.
